ご投稿論文の場合は、
一部リライトを含め通常より一歩踏み込んだ校正を行います。
勿論、記載されている情報を勝手に削除することはございませんが、表面的な校正に留まらず、あくまでもアクセプトを目的とした質の向上に必要と思われるエディットを行います。

変更履歴による校正の履歴表示
下記、例のように基本的にはマイクロソフトワードにて英文校正をします
変更履歴の表示機能により訂正前の文書がいかに変更されたかを明示します。
校閲者はマイクロソフトワードのコメント機能を使い、該当箇所にコメントを挿入します。
納品について
基本的に変更履歴（及びコメント）の付いた変更履歴付きファイルと、すべてのネイティブ訂正箇所を反映した、いわば完成版となる変更反映版にて納品します。
エクセルやパワーポイントファイルに関しては、文字色を変える、または、別途変更履歴を表示したワードファイルをご用意することによってご依頼者に変更箇所がわかるような形式で納品します。
校正内容に対するご質問がある場合は、原則として無料で対応させて頂きます。
英文校正の料金
論文（800ワード超）の英文校正の基本料金は1枚・200ワードにつき￥2,000（税別）です。/ 投稿規定との照合・調整を含むプレミアム英文校正は￥2,700（税別）です。
お見積りは午後5時までのお見積依頼は原則当日中にお送りします（5時以降のお見積依頼は翌日または翌営業日の午前中にお送りします）。

その他（文字化け等）
投稿される論文については、記号や特殊文字も基本的に日本語フォントの部分を弊社でチェックし英語フォントへの変更をさせて頂きます。ただ英語の原稿を作成される際には
等の記号は日本語フォントでなく、極力「記号と特殊文字」、「Symbol」パレットから入力してください。
オペレーションシステムが英語のコンピュータを使っている海外の投稿先では日本語フォントの入力文字は文字化けをして変換される場合があります。
